Versions of the Easy Upgrade program that are earlier than Version 1.6 cannot give you the exact expiration date until you are within 90 days of expiration. For these earlier versions of the Easy Upgrade program, determine the expiration date for Easy Upgrade by connecting your 375 Field Communicator to the Easy Upgrade Programming Utility. A message will display when your communicator is within 90 days of expiring and will let you know how many days you have remaining on your license.

Easy Upgrade Version 1.6 and higher, as well as Version 2.0 of the 375 Field Communicator application software, will provide your exact date of expiration at any time. To determine your expiration date:

1. Start the Easy Upgrade Programming Utility. Connect your 375 Field Communicator via IRDA and select Detect 375.
2. Select the Licensing and Registration tab. The connected unit, as well as any other units that have been connect to the PC, will be listed at the bottom of the page. The right column will provide the exact expiration date of the connected unit
